Returns & Refunds

• You may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Customized or final sale items are non-refundable.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team at support@fehautes.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return shipping address.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please request a refund and place a new order for your desired product.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards
• Customized or tailored dresses
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

• If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again.
• Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take additional processing time before your refund is officially posted.
